Inventory can be separated into the following parts:
“Products” represent the stock of goods in your inventory. You can split your list into several categories for a better overview.
Service is free of charge for you, however, customers will need to pay for assistance. Services are rated as non-stock items and available to customers.
You can assign products and services to different Price Books. This can help you with controlling prices for your customers.
A vendor can be a company or a person that supplies services or products to your company. A vendor can also be a manufacturer or a re-seller.
The Purchase Order is handled through to vendor to buy products or services. Purchase Orders contain the purchase order number, vendor details, product or service details, terms and conditions, prices, etc.
